The best agencies are scaling up to contend with more strategic clients and an expanding experiential marketing industry
At a time when clients have growing appetites for longer-term experiential investments, multievent programs and integrated live campaigns, the industry’s most elite event agencies are more determined than ever to rise to the occasion.
From wildfires and tariffs to economic uncertainties and budgets that have been somewhat in flux all year long, the industry’s top event agencies have learned that you’ve gotta be equally prepared for what may happen as you are for what you planned to happen. And it tracks with our own EventTrack research showing that two-thirds of clients say the importance of experiential marketing at their company is increasing—and, as a result, so is the number of experiential partners lining up to serve them.
Many of the shops in this year’s list—most notably the dozens of red-hot boutiques that are growing exponentially—have made headcount investments and territory grabs, while adding a suite of creative services to keep up with an industry that continues to evolve and expand.
Top agency investments include innovation services, partnership development and influencer practices—the latter this year’s must-have ingredient for commerce-connecting experiential campaigns.

Let your agency research, RFP outreach and overall partner searches for all things experiential begin. Behold, this year’s Top 100 Event Agency It List.
