Ken Briodagh is a Senior Writer at Event Marketer magazine and the name behind the face of EM on Twitter, @eventmarketer. He has worked in journalism for about eight years, in newspapers and as a freelance writer. He has also been a short order cook, medical equipment technician, postage meter salesman, telemarketer, guy who moves the bodies at a funeral home, overnight hotel desk clerk and technical director of two theaters. He attended the University of Maine at Machias where he earned his infamy the old fashioned way: by being credited for mostly unverifiable and unprovable exploits, none of which were ever caught on tape, this being before the age of cell phone cameras and TMZ. He lives in an undisclosed location with his wife, intrauterine daughter and black Labrador puppy, Samantha.
