Transforming Wealth Management: Orion’s ALL IN Experience at Ascent 2025

Orion Ascent 2025 brought together over 1,800 financial industry professionals to help build a wealth tech community where every advisor and investor thrives. These professionals gathered to explore cutting-edge market insights and revolutionary technology solutions.

An Opening that Ascended to New Heights

The event’s dramatic opening set the tone for the risks it takes to be “All In”. After all, once you go All In – you can’t go back! Proscenium collaborated with Broadway-acclaimed circus company The 7 Fingers to create a truly magical sequence. Attendees entered a stark monochromatic environment filled with unconventional 80’s synthpop. Onstage, an acrobatic duo performed a mesmerizing routine in black and white, while screens displayed athletes preparing for extreme sports and intense business moments.

The performance reached its climax as teeterboard artists soared 20’ high, executing stunning aerial maneuvers. As the space transformed to color, both the athletes in the video and the live performers transformed from black and white to vibrant full color. This breathtaking display was enhanced by sophisticated technical coordination:

  • Precisely synchronized on-screen content and music
  • IMAG camera feeds with transparent overlay capabilities
  • Seamless graphic integration with live performance

Using AI To Enhance Creativity

Minutes before one of our presenter’s rehearsals, Proscenium received a last minute ask for some game show music. Using the AI-powered Suno, we were able to “compose” original music, exactly to our specifications in no time at all. This is a great example of how we are using AI to add value to our events.
