EMS TechTours & TechChats

 

As you know, your participation in the EventTech Village at EMS provides the opportunity to join our TechTalks presentation series and TechTours. We are scheduling TechTalks and TechTours on a first-come basis. Please complete the form below.

TECHTALKS
TechTalks. Quick six-minute “rapid-fire” presentations/conversations held during evening receptions on May 14 and 15. These take place on our EventTech stage, built in the middle of the EventTech Village. You can choose from one of three formats for your presentation:

• 6-minute TestDrive. A run-through, guided tour of your product, service or technology.
• 6-minute TechDebut. Unveil your newest product or solution on the EventTech stage.
• 6-minute TechChat. A conversation about an event technology topic near and dear to attendees’ hearts. You can discuss this topic on your own, with a client or as a fireside chat with someone from our staff. (Note that all presenters must be registered.)

You’ll present from your laptop on the stage. Wifi, projector/screen, soundpatch for audio and mic will be provided by EMS. One of our staff members will introduce you. All presentations will be included in our mobile app, on our EMS web site and on EventTech Village signage.

TECHTOURS
Guided tours of innovative technologies on display in the EventTech Village, taking place during evening receptions May 14 and 15. Our staff will include you on a tour and stop by with attendees to ask you for a two-minute casual overview of one of your innovative products or services on display. Note: the tour is focused on actual products and services—this is not an opportunity to provide an overview of your company (no pitches allowed). Tour will be included in our mobile app, on our EMS web site and on EventTech Village signage.
