Omnicom NA was at a critical junction in its history and over the course of a week-long leadership meeting intended to reimagine their role in the future of the advertising and media industry.

Broadstreet worked closely with the CEO and executive leadership to develop a communication strategy for the event that would engage and enlighten the leaders across the organization and at the same time create a collaborative environment so the attendees could uncover ways to harness synergies, eliminate redundancies and identify new opportunities.

Broadstreet created the theme Be Bold and pulled that sentiment through the entire meeting from flash mobs that disrupted executive presentations to competitive teambuilding activities to videos that challenged conventional thinking to instantly change perspective.

Broadstreet designed and facilitated a series of workshops to provoke new approaches to the business and to build new relationships and opportunities across the diverse businesses. Following the event, Broadstreet developed a communication plan around a company-wide Hackaton that engaged participation from the thousands of Omnicomm employees across the globe. At the conclusion of the program the top ideas were funded and implemented throughout the organization.
