For over six years, Broadstreet has seen its partnership with this international pharmaceutical company grow exponentially. The addition of meetings, videos and deliverables have sent a clear signal: This pharmaceutical company has unyielding trust in Broadstreet’s ability to deliver during its high-stakes events.

Broadstreet was recently put to the test when leadership of a Global Pharmaceutical Company decided to permanently shift their National Sales Meeting to coincide with the fiscal year. This meant Broadstreet was challenged with creating a fresh and effective annual event just six months after the very same five-day corporate sales training meeting took place. 

The goals were clear: demonstrate the progress and power of the “One Team” mindset put into action during the previous October 2015 NSM.

Broadstreet brought the theme to life through an unexpected and unprecedented week of talent featuring guest speakers and corporate leaders. Colorful speeches and presentations empowered the audience, rallying attendees to rise up and “Be the One” for patients.

Broadstreet was responsible for creating and coordinating all of the speeches, graphics, media, videos, talent and scenic.

The staging was an expansive 11-screen, 60 foot wide multimedia explosion, helping to focus the audience on every aspect of the presentation and story. Media could play back content independently on each screen or as a whole panorama.

The audience was immersed into a complete picture of the organization while experiencing their executive leadership team as fellow colleagues who cars deeply about the future of the company. With insights and plans for the organization's future shared, attendees left knowing the value of their contribution to the organization and equipped with the knowledge to help to turn the vision of leadership into a reality.

Broadstreet delivered a meeting that re-invigorated a sales force and confirmed the pharma company’s reputation as an innovative and fulfilling place to work.
