The tour gives consumers the inside scoop on the roasting process and offers a taste of Starbucks’ brews as well as the coffeehouse culture.

The Planet Green Experience is meant to educate families about living greener as well as promote the first ever 24-hour eco-lifestyle network Planet Green a new net (owned by Animal Planet’s parent company Discovery Communications) focused on green living.

    There ain’t no party like a Scranton party kids. To mark the official launch of “The Office” board and DVD games Pressman Toy is hitting the PA town for a day filled with Dundler Mifflin-inspired games and events.

    Mindy Kaling who plays Kelly Kapoor on the show (she also writes and produces) is hosting the July 19 event. Brian Baumgartner the actor who plays Kevin will also be in attendance.

  • Burger King Offers Up Apple Fries at Concert

    As a way to connect kids and families with its new Fresh Apple Fries menu item Burger King has inked a deal to be the presenting co-sponsor of the Jonas Brothers’ Burning Up Tour a 41-city event produced by Live Nation. The tour kicked off July 4 and runs through Sept. 5.

    Burger King in June announced the launch of a new more nutritional Kids Meal featuring the “fries” (apple slices cut in the shape of fries) and Kraft Macaroni & Cheese as part of its BK Positive Steps nutrition program.

  • POM Tea Targets Health-Conscious Consumers

    POM Tea is on the road now through September to promote its new 16 oz. bottle with the message “antioxidants on the go.”  Positioning itself as a healthier beverage POM Tea is targeting health-conscious younger consumers on the east and west coasts. Focusing the tour to two regions helps reach POM’s goal to reduce carbon emissions and cut gas costs. To reinforce its eco-friendly image POM opted for a sprinter van for transport instead of a large truck and gets around on Vespa scooters once on site.
