Ultra-Early-Bird registration for the Experiential Marketing Summit starts at $1,700 for a 3-Day Brand/Agency Conference Pass when you register before December 31, 2026. Full price is $2,300. Additional early bird discounts and 1 and 2 days passes are available. Discounts are also available for junior brand and agency marketers between the ages of 21-26.
- What is included in my pass?
What’s included depends on the pass and days you choose. Brand/Agency and Supplier 3-Day passes include access to all sessions, meals, the Hall of Ideas, and the Opening Reception. 2-Day passes (Tuesday/Wednesday, Wednesday/Thursday, or Tuesday/Thursday) include sessions, meals, and Hall of Ideas access for the two selected days, plus the Opening Reception on Tuesday, April 27. 1-Day passes include sessions, meals, and Hall of Ideas access for that single day; the Tuesday 1-Day pass also includes the Opening Reception. - Is there a discount for registering as a group?
Yes. Groups of 3 or more team members registering together at the same time receive a 20% discount off the standard registration rate. To apply it, select “Group Registration” on the registration landing page before you begin registering.
- What other discounts are available?
EMS offers discounted rates for junior brand and agency marketers (ages 21-26) and for Event Marketer Elite subscribers. There is no discount available for non-profit organizations. Contact ems@eventmarketer.com for eligibility details.
- What is your cancellation and refund policy?
Cancellations received prior to March 5, 2027 will receive a refund minus a $250 cancellation fee. No refunds will be granted after March 5, 2027. If you’re no longer able to attend, you may transfer your pass to a colleague free of charge. Notify ems@eventmarketer.com by April 23, 2027.
- Can I earn CEM credit at EMS?
Yes. EMS is a CEM Preferred Provider. Each hour of education is eligible for one clock hour toward CEM recertification.
- What is the age policy for EMS?
EMS is open to registered attendees age 18 and older. Alcoholic beverages are available only to guests age 21 and older with valid government-issued identification.
