Describe your agency — what makes it unique and how are you different from the competition?

Gladiator Productions was founded to solve the frustrations we experienced firsthand as in-house brand event producers – lack of true partnership, fragmented vendor management, and partners who didn’t fully understand the complexities of working within a brand. From constantly justifying budgets to executing strict brand standards, we saw a gap amongst our competitors.

We built Gladiator as a one-stop production partner that understands the pressures of proving ROI, protecting brand integrity, and executing flawlessly in fast-moving environments – because we’ve lived it. Our role is to simplify the process by providing hands-on support, and act as a true extension of your client team’s from concept through load-out. The result: brand-right experiences delivered with care, precision, and a level of partnership that makes our clients’ jobs easier every step of the way.

 

What are your core strengths and how are you using them to serve your clients right now?

Our strengths lie in creative concepting, turnkey production, and client partnership. By having design, fabrication, logistics, and execution capabilities under one roof, we eliminate inefficiencies & maximize both budget and impact. This approach benefits partnerships with well-established brand clients such as Pandora Jewelry or The Walt Disney Company down to our emerging brand clients like Naturium or K18.

We excel at developing experiences that spark storytelling, invite participation, and generate shareable moments. Right now, we’re leveraging these strengths to help brands cut through the noise in an ever-evolving event landscape – designing activations that feel intentional & have cultural relevance. From pop-ups to trade show booths to launch parties, we ensure every touchpoint is customized to our client’s goals & brand ethos to create events that live beyond the moment.

What is your company’s sustainability practice? What do you want clients to know?

Sustainability is an evolving priority embedded in our production processes. We focus on building with quality at the forefront so that set pieces can be repurposed across multiple uses. We also prioritize sourcing sustainable materials and incorporate technology wherever possible to eliminate single-use waste. We approach sustainability pragmatically – balancing environmental responsibility with budget and production realities while continuously identifying opportunities to reduce impact without compromising experience.

 

What do your long-time clients say about you? Why do they come back year after year?

Our long-time clients stay with us because we work tirelessly to deliver the product represented in our finalized 3D renderings always meeting – and in many cases exceeding – expectations. They value our responsiveness, transparency, and ability to anticipate needs before they arise based on our solutions-oriented approach and investment in our client’s success. Beyond execution, we build relationships becoming a trusted partner in protecting their brand and elevating their vision.

 

What industry innovations have your company’s attention?

We’re closely watching advancements in immersive technology, including AR integrations and responsive event environments that react to audience behavior. We’re also interested in data capture tools that provide real-time insights without interrupting the guest experience & provide comprehensive data on attendee mix based on live experience interaction.

 

What is your take on what modern event audiences really want?

Modern audiences are looking for authenticity which helps drive emotional resonance. They’re drawn to experiences that feel intentional, have deep rooted meaning, and are worth their time to visit – not just an environment that is visually appealing or experiences they have seen time & time again. They want to be part of the story, not just observers, and they expect brands to meet them with creativity, clarity, and purpose.
