Nokia needed to meaningfully engage its worldwide team of 40,000 employees, in order to let them experience the new Nseries multimedia smart phones on a personal level. The Nseries Adventures encouraged Nokia employees to live the spirit of the brand while demonstrating the Nseries tagline of “See new. Hear new. Feel new.”

Nseries Adventures encouraged employees to record their own real-life experiences and adventures using the Nseries products. Participants registered online and recorded their personal adventures (including mountain climbing, hang gliding and firefighting) on online blogs. In essence, the brand created a framework for employees to create a worldwide “event” based on their own activities and hobbies.  Nearly 100 people from across Nokia participated, posting more than 2,500 images, videos, texts and audio clips on a dedicated web site using Nseries devices. About 60 percent of the brand’s worldwide workforce checked out the web site, for a total of 34,885 visits.
