L’Oréal Paris activated The Color Space a 5 000 square-foot interactive beauty pavilion at the Minnesota State Fair from Aug.21-Sept. 1. The red-carpeted pavilion provided an environment for men and women to learn about the latest beauty trends and products and brought a beauty experience to fair attendees across all categories—cosmetics skincare haircare and haircolor.
Visitors received one-on-one skin analyses and skin care consultations from L’Oréal Paris estheticians as well as professional consultations on skincare and make-up. A Truelight Pod available only at two L’Oréal Paris retail stores recreated lighting environments so visitors can see how lighting in daylight office and bathroom affects their appearance. Guests also could give themselves manicures and check out hair color options.
In addition guests could share their beauty experiences in a video beauty confessional and access beauty looks for day and night at a beauty community look station.
“Our ultimate goal for The Color Space was to create a unique experience in an interactive environment that enabled consumers to feel good about themselves ” Jennifer Hessel assistant vice president retail imaging at L’Oréal Paris told Buzz. Agency: Legacy Marketing Partners Chicago.
