Event Marketer's Exhibit Strategies
If your trade show budget feels tighter than ever, the numbers back you up. The Exhibitor Advocate's 2025 Annual Survey of Exhibition Rates, tracking 224 shows across 23 U.S. cities, found that exhibiting costs are rising at more than triple the national inflation rate of 2.7 percent. Electrical outlet rates jumped  18.4 percent, drayage climbed 9.5 percent, and booth flooring costs surged up to 22 percent, according to the data. One silver lining? Hanging sign rates dropped 15 percent.
