Data from our forthcoming 2026 EventTrack report shows that audiences will attend more events next year than they did in 2025, including 57 percent of trade show attendees. It seems some shows are already experiencing an uptick.
The 2025 NAHB International Builders' Show in February reported its highest attendance in 17 years, and RSAC 2025 Conference in May and the recent Pack Expo and IMEX America shows all reported record attendance.
We dove into this data during our in-person Trendwatch seminars as part of Experiential Marketing Month (come see us in Dallas on Oct. 22), and a key takeaway from event profs was that customized content and engagement—really knowing who’s in the audience before they arrive on-site—will be a critical strategy to tackle moving into next year.
