Cloud-based human capital management software solutions. Phew. It’s what SAP’s SuccessFactors offers Human Resource professionals. But that jargon-filled description alone doesn’t bring to life how good tools can help HR folks swiftly manage the complexities of the working world today, and become “heroes” at their companies in the process. At the HR Technology Conference & Expo, SuccessFactors brought to life the tagline “Success is Simply Human” with live, acrobatic shows that raised the brand’s profile and resulted in a 30-percent increase in leads over the previous year.

At intervals throughout each day, acrobats scaled pegs on a 30-foot vertical wall within the SuccessFactors exhibit, bending and presenting a series of statements on today’s workplace like, “For the first time in history, five different generations will work side by side” or “Your people are the heartbeat of your organization.”

The HR Technology Conference with more than 8,500 attendees and over 300 exhibiting companies, on top of more than 75 new product announcements, is a coveted and cluttered conference. Through live theater and hourly Fitbit giveaways (you had to visit three demo spaces and learn about the solutions in order to be automatically entered to win), SuccessFactors was able to scale its messaging to new heights.
