GM Hosts an Off-Road Adventure for Media in Thailand

To strengthen the relationship between the Asian media and Chevrolet Thailand, GM hosted 150 members of the media at The Chevrolet Captiva Media Ride and Drive, an off-road adventure through Kanjanaburi province in western Thailand.

To keep event attendees intrigued, all media were instructed to meet at the main railway station called Hualampong Station without knowing where they’d be going next. The train was custom decorated just for attendees of the event, with catered food and product signage and information throughout. The guests then traveled by boat to get to Kanjanaburi.

Once they arrived, they were driven in Chevy Captiva SUVs through a tough off-road course that showed off the power and versatility of the vehicle. The drives were followed by an elaborate party at a local hotel where guests also spent the night.
