What has changed since the summer programs ended?
We change and evaluate every day to make sure we are always hitting our objectives and focused on the customer.
What is your biggest recent accomplishment?
We had several big events recently including the Idea Festival sponsored by the Geek Squad in Louisville KY the Wii in-store tournaments during Home Theatre Month and giving a sneak preview of our new Liz Claiborne Fashion Accessories for our consumer electronic products at the Emmy Awards.
What is your biggest challenge going into 2008?
To make sure we are delivering unique and differentiating experiences that thrill the customer.
