Unilever’s Lever 2000 brand has announced a multiyear sponsorship with
the United States Tennis Association. Lever 2000 becomes a sponsor of
the US Open the 10-event US Open Series and each of the series
tournaments. The brand will use the deal to support its new Perfect
Match co-branding effort with Unilever sibling Vaseline Intensive Care;
Lever is kicking off a campaign this summer to highlight Vaseline
Intensive Care ingredients in the soap.
“This was a natural partnership for Lever 2000 as our consumers lead
healthy active lifestyles and many are tennis enthusiasts ” said Rob
Master marketing director-Lever 2000.
On site at the Open Lever gets standard benefits including signage
booth space and recognition as sponsor of one day at the event. The
brand will also air advertising during TV coverage of the tournament.
