Event Marketer magazine today announced the winners for the 2006 Ex Awards.
In just four years the Ex Awards have become the event industry’s greatest symbol of recognition. The only award program focused 100 percent on event marketing and judged entirely by brand-side marketers this year’s Ex Awards drew more than 500 entries from around the world the most ever.
The Ex winners as well as the Gold and Silver awards for each category were honored at the annual Ex Awards Gala on May 8 at the Adler Planetarium in Chicago. Hundreds of your colleagues for the industry’s hottest ticket were present as we celebrated the best event programs of the past year in more than 20 event marketing disciplines. The unstuffiest marketing awards program you’ve ever attended has become the year’s signature event for live marketing professionals. Dinner cocktails and a truly entertaining (and seriously brief) awards ceremony. And of course the sumptuous and ultra-hip Ex Afterparty followed.
The winners in each category: Client Pierce President of Pierce Promotions & Events accepts the Grand Ex Award with members of the Pierce and client Verizon teams.
